Refreshed on October 31, 2026 with exact-rule finding counts and detected AI-tool telemetry under the existing telemetry preference. Includes the full findings breakdown with coverage and truncation metadata, conservative caller hints, and independent repository tool detection. Excludes source code, paths, finding messages, and model attribution. The receiving collector has been updated to accept both telemetry formats.
