Upgrade notes

• Archive no longer strips links. markplane archive and unarchive are now pure file moves: depends_on, blocks, related, epic, plan and implements are preserved on both sides, and views resolve links into archive/. Items archived with 0.1.7 or earlier already lost their links; nothing repairs that automatically. The stripped values are in your git history and can be re-added with markplane link.
• markplane check now validates links into the archive and reports an item present in both items/ and archive/. If check reports asymmetric links after upgrading, run markplane check --fix once. Duplicate IDs must be resolved by hand; archive now refuses to overwrite an existing copy.
• Library users: markplane_core::find_blocked_items takes a third argument, the all-tasks list used to resolve dependencies.
