veripipe 0.1.1

First release on PyPI:

pip install veripipe

A fail-closed verifier for agent-filed results: a finding counts only when structured, reproducible evidence survives the oracle chain; the agent's wording is never evidence. Try it offline with python3 examples/demo.py from a clone.

Changes since 0.1.0 are in CHANGELOG.md. If you maintain an adapter, set framework_version to 0.1.1; the installer requires an exact match with VERSION.

The attached wheel and sdist are the files uploaded to PyPI.
