Initial release of Jiaolong Control for Linux.

  • CPU/GPU fan monitoring, Office / Game / Performance modes, and a fixed RPM slider.
  • Adwaita light/dark/system appearance and Chinese/English UI.
  • RPM for Fedora 45 (x86_64), DEB built on Debian 12 (amd64).
  • Both packages include DKMS module source; post-install scripts build/install the module and configure udev access and automatic loading. Kernel updates rebuild it through DKMS.
  • Preferences and fan targets are saved in the user configuration directory.

Install with dependency resolution:

# Fedora 45
sudo dnf install ./jiaolong-control-0.1.0-1.fc45.x86_64.rpm

# Debian / Ubuntu with compatible runtime libraries
sudo apt install ./jiaolong-control_0.1.0-1_amd64.deb

Matching kernel development headers are required. If headers are available only for a newer installed kernel, reboot into that kernel after installation. Secure Boot requires trusting the DKMS module signing key.

Validation: 10 Rust tests, 4 package-hook tests, actual DKMS builds for Fedora and Debian kernels, and Debian package installation/removal plus GUI preview.
