Bumps the eight public packages (core, data, charts, editor, theme,
icons, utils, cli) and the docs to 0.6.0, dates the CHANGELOG and
rebuilds the registry. @advui/data, @advui/charts and @advui/editor are
now listed as published: the docs drop their "Not on npm yet" notices,
and the READMEs drop theirs.

The first `pnpm release` ran before this bump, so it published only the
new packages, at 0.5.0, which need core and icons 0.6.0 and do not work.
The CHANGELOG says so, and ROADMAP Phase 6 lists the steps to publish
0.6.0 from this commit and deprecate those three 0.5.0 versions.
