Skip full-frame Java ByteArray for native formats.
- RAW, JXL, JXR, AVIF, and JPEG 2000

Fast HDR presentation

Previously, the full-frame Java ByteArray was a temporary container used to transfer decoded pixels from C++ to Android’s bitmap:

native pixels → Java array → bitmap → display

Now:

native pixels → bitmap → display

The decoded pixels stay in the C++ buffer. A direct ByteBuffer lets Android read that memory without copying it into a Java array.
