Updates Electron to 43.8.4 on macOS, Windows and Linux. Electron 43.8.4 bundles Node.js 24.22.1, which fixes Node's October 2026 security issues (CVE-2026-105481, CVE-2026-105482, CVE-2026-105483, CVE-2026-106069, CVE-2026-106071, CVE-2026-106072, CVE-2026-106073, CVE-2026-106074, CVE-2026-111497), including a Brotli out-of-bounds write and TLS hostname-check bypasses.

macOS: this is the first release since v1.5.13. It also brings the block on the compromised eMudhra intermediate certificates (https://emudhra.we-have-a-problem.com/) that Windows and Linux received in v1.5.14.
