First complete release of Tender Radar: a Public Tender Intelligence Agent.

Highlights

• Three sources, one schema — UK Find a Tender + Contracts Finder (OCDS) and EU TED (eForms) unified into an OCDS-shaped model
• Governed access for AI agents — MCP server (stdio) with 5 tools and a discoverable semantic layer; no free-SQL tool exists
• Measured deduplication — cross-portal matching at precision 0.93 / recall 0.89 on 55 hand-labeled pairs
• Evidence-scored evals — 52 agent questions with SQL-derived gold answers against a frozen 511-notice fixture, incl. governance negatives and prompt-injection tests
• dbt on DuckDB — staging → core → marts with an enforced model contract and source freshness checks
