remove-markdown 0.7.1

This patch release fixes HTML tag preservation and adds TypeScript editor documentation for the function and its options.

Fixes

  • htmlTagsToSkip now preserves selected tags that have attributes, such as <code class="language-js">.
  • Tag names are matched at the intended boundary: selecting code no longer incorrectly preserves <codes>.
  • The fix is included in both CommonJS and the portable ESM entry point.

These changes resolve #127 through #128.

Documentation

  • Added editor hover documentation for the function and all nine options in both TypeScript declaration files (#129).
  • Clarified that separateLinksAndTexts takes precedence over replaceLinksWithURL for inline links only when the separator is non-empty.
  • Updated the browser and Deno usage examples to 0.7.1.

Maintenance

  • Updated the development dependency js-yaml from 4.3.1 to 4.3.2 (#125).

There are no API or type signature changes and no new runtime dependencies.
