Chinese-localized fork of DiAuto. Android Auto on your BYD head unit over wireless or USB.

What is new in this release

• Renamed the debug build to DiAuto Pro. The debug application ID is unchanged, so a test build can still sit next to a stable install on the same head unit.
• Fixed the desktop long-press shortcuts menu. Every entry failed silently on the debug build because the shortcut target package was pinned to the release ID. A debug-only shortcuts.xml now carries the matching ID.
• Added a build-time guard. The debug build now fails fast if shortcuts.xml and the variant application ID ever drift apart again, instead of breaking silently at runtime.
• Added a dedicated release signing key. Release APKs are signed with both v1 (JAR) and v2 (APK Signature Scheme).
• All project, download, site and feedback links now point at this repository.

Install

Download below and install it on the car head unit, not on your phone. See the installation guide.

Because this release is signed with a key different from upstream builds, a previous install must be uninstalled first, or upgraded after exporting/importing your settings. Your self-built APK will not upgrade this one unless signed with the same key.

Compatibility

Tested on BYD DiLink 5.1 with Android 13, over wireless and USB. Other models and firmware versions are not verified. A compatible Android phone with functioning Android Auto is required.
