Show or hide sidebar panel entries and add shortcuts to Settings sections in DeepSeek Harness.

• Includes original panels, More and this manager; uses actual sidebar names.
• Restore the manager from Settings if its sidebar entry is hidden.
• Settings dialogs keep the previously selected main page behind them.
• Preferences stay in client-local storage. No install scripts, build step, network requests or additional runtime dependencies.

Install the attached package:

dsh plugin --profile desktop add ./dsh-settings-sidebar.tgz

Compatibility limitations and data handling are documented in the English and Chinese READMEs. Node tests: 10 passed. Package file/export checks passed; installed Desktop behavior was also exercised. The unit fixture is not a replacement for host-version compatibility testing.
