Downloads and installation

Download plugin-skill-manager-0.3.0-plugin.zip, compare its SHA-256 with SHA256SUMS-0.3.0.txt, and extract to a permanent directory. Run node install.mjs check then node install.mjs install. Node.js 20.18+ and a Codex CLI with plugin marketplace support are required; no npm build is needed.

For v0.2.0 or earlier full-plugin installations, first run node install.mjs uninstall from the old extracted package. Then install the renamed package. Existing data is retained. Do not install both identities. For a standalone source/MCP installation, follow the rename guidance and retain the existing data/source directories.

desktop-package.zip is the root-layout package prepared for a future desktop-only review; it is not the complete installation distribution. source.zip contains the source.

Validation and directory status

62 regression tests passed with none skipped. Seven isolated 0.3.0 lifecycle checks and seven legacy 0.2.0 to renamed 0.3.0 migration checks passed, including persistent records after restart/uninstall/reinstall. Tests used synthetic data and an isolated Codex home.

Native desktop interactions remain unverified. Official portal observation attempts timed out before upload; no official submission or directory listing has occurred. Organization eligibility and native walkthrough evidence remain pending.
