• Recording remains caller-reported; missing historical activity is not automatically filled in.

Download and upgrade

Download plugin-skill-manager-0.3.1-plugin.zip, verify its SHA-256 against SHA256SUMS-0.3.1.txt, and extract to a permanent directory. Run node install.mjs check, then node install.mjs install. To upgrade an existing 0.3.0 installation from a new source folder, run node install.mjs install --replace-source. Node.js 20.18+ and Codex CLI with plugin marketplace support are required. No npm build is needed.

Versions 0.2.0 and earlier use the old identity. Uninstall the old registration from the old package before installing this version; retained data is not deleted. See the repository distribution guide for standalone MCP migration.

The separate desktop-package.zip has the root layout prepared for official review. source.zip contains the source. GitHub release availability does not imply official directory approval.

Validation

All 62 regression tests passed without skips. Seven isolated lifecycle checks passed for 0.3.0 to 0.3.1 upgrade, including cached MCP/UI startup, explicit source relocation and record retention across restart/uninstall/reinstall. Browser checks covered tab switching, inventory actions, collapsed explanations and narrow layout; English translation checks passed.

Native desktop review evidence and local-MCP organization eligibility remain unconfirmed. No official submission or approval is claimed.
