Plugin & Skill Manager v0.3.2

This release packages the current bilingual interface for local use and desktop-only plugin submission preparation.

• Keep Activity and Manage as the two views; recording diagnostics remain available through the setup Skill and MCP tool.
• Browse personal, system and plugin-cache Skill counts; click a source to filter, then search within that category.
• Check plugin installation status on entering Manage, with a one-minute cache and an explicit retry after failure.
• Use compact neutral controls and violet heatmaps; fix English navigation labels and singular counts.
• Include matching author/developer metadata and refreshed bilingual README walkthroughs. Counting semantics and stored data formats are unchanged.

plugin-skill-manager-0.3.2-desktop-package.zip	Portal upload candidate. Manifest, local MCP configuration, bundled runtime, assets and two Skills are at the ZIP root.
plugin-skill-manager-0.3.2-plugin.zip	Manual installation: local catalog plus install.mjs. Extract to a permanent folder; run node install.mjs install, then node install.mjs check.
plugin-skill-manager-0.3.2-source.zip	Clean source for development.
SHA256SUMS-0.3.2.txt	SHA-256 checksums for the three ZIPs.

For an existing complete installation, run node install.mjs install --replace-source from the newly extracted folder. Requires Node.js 20.18+ and a compatible Codex CLI. Keep the package directory in place.

Verification and submission status

64 regression tests passed with no failures or skips. Seven real-CLI checks passed in an isolated synthetic profile, including v0.3.1 → v0.3.2 upgrade, persistent records across restart, uninstall and reinstall. ZIP structure, versions and checksums were verified.

This is a GitHub release, not an official directory listing. Native desktop conversational review remains unverified. v0.3.2 has not been uploaded to the OpenAI portal or submitted for review. Local MCP submissions require organization allowlisting under the official desktop-only guidance. The older v0.3.1 portal draft and any portal access restrictions are separate from this release.
