v0.4.19 — Unified redundancy assessment principles
Unifies the local source, private account plugin and GitHub distribution after private updates 0.4.15–0.4.18: protected official packages, verified installation units, one-calendar-month inactivity review, nested Skill components and capability-group presentation.
Functional redundancy requires evidence that entries can substitute for the same concrete task and produce substantially the same primary output. A shared topic or auxiliary step alone is insufficient. Manuscript writing, reference ingestion and local PDF organization are complementary stages.
This release packages that assessment principle for assistant review. Automatic functional-candidate retrieval remains lexical/task-vocabulary based and can still require manual rejection; the new document is not a semantic classifier. Existing records, settings, plugin identity and private audience are preserved. GitHub distributions remain independent of official directory approval.
