The team accepts Marc's resignation and appreciates his years of dedicated service.
Isaac potentially has a few GSoC items to discuss. The official project application should be available by the time of the meeting. Possible items to discuss:

Nothing noteworthy to report; Madhura and Isaac are admins and the application draft is being discussed on the mailing list/wiki.
This week we're discussing a 4.6.0-rc release. Are we ready for -alpha? How long will we support 4.5.x and in which ways, also do we wish to consider extending security support for 4.4.x? --Ibennetch 05:40, 8 February 2016 (CET)
We are ready for 4.6.0-alpha, Isaac will plan to release it today.
4.5.5 is planned for release as scheduled (later in February), with 4.6 about a month after. When 4.6.0 is released, we'll stop support of 4.5.x.
We've agreed to extend support for 4.4 past April 1, 2016 for another six months (which is nearly one year after the EOL of the affected PHP versions).
