We already support Conservancy with a percentage of our revenues. In March 2015 we agreed to donate yearly, let's confirm this and discuss about the amount for this year.
--Lem9 14:40, 26 November 2015 (CET)
We agree to support Conservancy again with additional "supporter" subscriptions for each team member. Michal will contact Conservancy.
Since Google has declined our application this year, is there any other program we'd like to run or participate in?

We aren't really aware of many other programs with the wide reach and global status that GSoC brings. We briefly discussed (and postponed discussion) of using Bountysource, which doesn't seem to have that large of a user base that we'll see good results. Ultimately, our desire is to attract new developers rather than people interested in making a few dollars fixing a single bug.
The current project wiki (on the website) seems quite outdated at many places (See Links).
What about moving the wiki to Github too ? We would be in position to drop irrelevant pages (if any) and update the pages being moved to have the latest info.

After some discussion, we'll begin a manual migration to Github wiki. We like the integrated sign on so that users don't need several accounts for phpMyAdmin services and the fact that it's treated as a github repository. The best way to keep stale information from coming over from mediawiki is to handle it manually, so we'll do the migration by hand.
Atul has announced his resignation; we'll have a formal vote about this.

We accept Atul's resignation with thanks for his work on the project.
It seems that only two members will be able to attend planned team meeting at DebConf, maybe it's time to reconsider it? However it might be too late to find better date in 2016...
--Nijel 15:12, 5 April 2016 (CEST)
As it seems good to represent the project at various conferences, we accept to send two team members to DebConf this year. Discussion about a site for a 2017 team meeting will begin on the mailing list.
Popular conferences for us include the PHP and MySQL conferences, FOSDEM, LinuxTag, and DebConf.
With Madhura ending the contract, we might be open to hire somebody else. Opinions?
--Nijel 15:12, 5 April 2016 (CEST)
Michal will begin the process with Conservancy for posting the position.
I've received t-shirts Marc had and I'd like to send it to every team member who doesn't yet have it :-). I guess we should formally agree to spend money on sending t-shirts around the world.

The cost is approved.
