Possible topics to discuss on the GSoC Mentor Summit:

GSoC overlaps with academic year

In some countries, the academic year is still going when GSoC starts. Students who still have final exams in May and June don't have much chance of participating in GSoC. Catching up a week or two is possible, catching up one month is almost impossible. Would it be possible to move the timeline one month, with actual coding starting the end of June and ending in the end of August?
