Demo_server

You can test any action on current phpMyAdmin versions on our demo servers.

You have full control over MySQL. Log in as root without a password (all released themes are available). You can support this server by donating. You can play with MySQL example databases on this server.

Technical details

The source code is updated every hour, you can see current revision information in page footer.

Every 15 minutes the MySQL database is checked and several attempts to recover correct state are made. This includes permissions and standard database set (see below).

Every week the databases are cleaned up, but you can not rely on anything staying there as other users might delete your data :-).

The demo server always includes few databases which can help you show some features of phpMyAdmin:

• world database contains list of countries, cities and languages
• sakila database is full featured example using all possible MySQL features
• opengis database contains GIS data
