What's new in 2.5.0
- Camera in Multi-device mode. Use another computer's camera on this one, or share yours with all your devices with one switch. One camera runs at a time, and the page shows who is watching. Works on Windows, Mac and Linux.
- DuoDesk Camera. The virtual camera now has the DuoDesk name; an existing one is renamed on the next start.
- DuoDesk names everywhere: virtual display, gamepad, sound device, Start menu folder, Android notifications and photos.
ssh duodeskopens the other computer's terminal (ssh twindeskstill works). - Multi-device is no longer a beta.
- Tip and Feedback pages, the new macOS installer window and the one-click Download button from the betas.

First launch
The apps aren't code-signed yet, so your system asks once:
- macOS: System Settings › Privacy & Security › Open Anyway, or run
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/DuoDesk.app. For one mouse and keyboard, allow DuoDesk in Privacy & Security › Accessibility and Input Monitoring. - Windows: SmartScreen › More info › Run anyway. Quit DuoDesk (tray › Quit) before installing an update.
- Android: allow installing from your browser or file manager.
