A small release with the new app icon.

  • Improved: Since has a new app icon: the shift mark.
  • Fixed: In a narrow window, the pull request pane in Review no longer cuts off Merge and the other actions.

Installs on 0.1.0, 0.1.1 and the release-candidate builds update to it on their own; when the download finishes, restart from the update notice to switch over.
