If not already done Build or Download the Nutch Gui. See How to Build
Create a new Nutch Instance. See Admin Instance
Configure your instance. See Admin Configuration
Upload your urls. See Admin Url Upload
Configure the metadata indexing, if you upload metadata urls. See Index Metadatas
Create and start the crawl. See Admin Crawl
If the crawl is finished and you want to search your index add your crawl to search. Unfortunately you have to restart the admin gui at the moment to refresh the searcher. :(
Now you can search your index. See Admin Search
