[Bug] 知识库上传文档，提示Failed to open file '/tmp/tmpxj3zdgnf'.，无法生成预览以及执行开始导入。

Problem Description

创建知识库时，上传约30多个pdf文档后点击下一步，在生成预览时点击多次生成预览，执行出错，显示Failed to open file '/tmp/tmpxj3zdgnf'.之类的消息，无法生成预览，再次点击生成预览以及点击开始导入，都无法执行，都显示Failed to open file '/tmp/xxxxx'的消息，文件名每次都不一样。
尝试了重启容器，从v1.71.1升级到v1.8.1，都没有恢复正常，目前无法向知识库添加文档。

这个问题找到原因了，pdf文档无法解析就会有这样的现象，主要是这个提示不好理解，这个问题可以关闭了。
想复现的话，搞一个无法解析的文档上传就行，比如：压缩一个7z的压缩包，改成pdf上传，就会出现这样的报错。

If you want to reproduce it, just upload a document that cannot be parsed. For example, if you compress a 7z compressed package and upload it as a pdf, such an error will appear.
