Removed redundant chains default - cleaner config after upstream fix.

Dynamic Code Analysis (external APIs, interaction flows):

No impact - config only.

Efficiency (gas costs, computational complexity, memory requirements):

No runtime effect.

Opinion, trade-offs and other thoughts (optional):

Hardhat update resolved prior issue; patch no longer needed.
