I have also been pondering how to ensure that the lat.md specs continuously match the implementation.

• Extend lat check to lat check+ which checks links and implementation
• Give CodeRabbit access to a lat MCP server
• Add a skill checking that specs and codebase match

The latter is most likely the most simple and best approach.

I started with the skill above, then I added a test suite subproject that specifically enforces the specs, with some AGENTS.md guidance. I don't know if it can be gated by something like coderabbit. But every time you run an analysis, you will find more mismatches and missing tests.
