New Zulip chat

Hey folks! Based on feedback, I've started a Zulip chat workspace. The archives will not require an account to view or search. You can use your GitHub account to sign in, or you can sign up with an email address.

A few notes on this decision:

• I want to facilitate lighter-weight conversations about zb than what GitHub Discussions allows. A chat format allows collaboration on smaller issues or questions without pushing for a lot of upfront structure. In the last couple weeks, I've made more progress on zb by having unstructured conversations with a bunch of folks, but these conversations were spread out across private messages over various platforms, and I want to keep the development open and inclusive.
• I want to allow folks to participate in the zb project without requiring a GitHub account. I have observed folks across the industry identifying a GitHub account requirement as a point of contention. I want those voices to be heard and included in the zb project.
• With this new space, I do not want zb development to be strictly synchronous. zb collaborators already span multiple timezones, so it's important that collaboration on zb permit people to work at their own pace. In my experimentation, Zulip's topic-based approach seems well-suited to enabling a mix of synchronous and asynchronous conversation.
• I'm going to keep zb's GitHub Discussions open for now, but I suspect that at some point I'll spin it down so that the GitHub account is not a requirement for community conversation.
