Notification improvement

Please add the ability to change the notification update interval through the settings. Currently, the update interval is too long and sometimes it may not see the second-by-second traffic. It would also be nice to be able to see how much traffic was sent and received during the entire duration of a single connection and the ability to enable and disable this in the settings.
