v1.0.2: Replace sliders with step buttons, fix live graph updates

Size and dim controls are now 10 discrete step buttons instead of
range sliders, eliminating the async save race condition that caused
effects to stop working during rapid adjustments. Calls
renderer.changed() after each save to force immediate graph redraw.
Size range reduced to 1–10.
