Camera remains on constantly

What happen there is that the camera should turn off if the modal that used the camara is shut down of if the "Upload an image" file selector is open, but it can be seen that the camera remains opens and never turns off

For this to happen you have to click the "Upload a file" button before the camera has time to load the "camera view".

I actually can't reproduce it. The camera shuts off after a couple seconds.
It just takes some time to activate and deactivate.

I'm also not able to reproduce this. I'm actually not able to click the "upload image" button fast enough before the camera activates^^

I can reproduce it:

1. send funds
2. click QR code icon for receiver field
3. click upload an image with qr code before the camera is enabled( I used qr with not supported address)
   Current result: the camera is activated and to disable it the user has to reload the page manually

I suggest we mark it as wontfix.

I've already explored all possible fixes in #2165 and it's not worth pushing it further in terms of effort/result tbh.

@liliya-soroka please assign the 3.6.0 milestone only to regressions introduced in this release.
If you find an issue that has already been present on production, please create a regular bug issue.
