Per-agent model: opus default.

• New agents seed model: "opus" into their own ~/.claude/settings.json (agent_setup.sh) instead of the project-shared settings.local.json layer, which shadowed per-agent /model switches and leaked one agent's model to its siblings on multi-agent VMs.
