v0.1.30: agent stats health field

Adds a best-effort health field to 5dive agent stats --json — scrapes the live pane for rate-limit / login banners (which systemd's active state hides) and classifies into {cause: rate_limited|auth, detail} or null. Powers the dashboard agent-overview health banner + auth-state CTA.
