Agent welcome DM polish:

  • Drop em-dashes from the pairing welcome copy (Claude + codex/grok/agy variants).
  • Read the agent's real model/effort from its own settings.json (was reading a retired shared settings.local.json), and never render the raw "default · default effort" placeholder — show concrete values or a generic 'switchable anytime' line.
