What does this do?

I ran the API locally, hooked up to this docker image, and swapped one table to the 2014-prefixed version. Then, I tested both that and another table.

No. But this supports us adding in the 2024 SRD version.
Did you update the docs in the API? Please link an associated PR if applicable.
Not yet. I'll need to do many doc updates when I do the API next.
