ComPound PDF Reader

a pdf reader made with python the goal is a pdf reader application, which:

1. (configurable)has a pdf list, can read pdf files under the target folder(path)

2. can read pdf including：

i. open the pdf files, and has a gui to show their contents ii. add marks on pdf pages, including: highlight, lines, series of STRAIGHT lines and a rubber(maybe adding annotations?). iii.save the files. iv. adjust the screen size of components, flicking with wheels

3. can translate words

4. is beautiful with a kind of modernism style(python style-- simple and elegant)

5. has configuration
