🧹 Excel Cleaner (Python)

Simple Python tool to clean Excel/CSV files:

• Remove duplicate rows (optionally by specific columns)
• Remove completely empty rows
• Save a cleaned Excel/CSV file named cleaned_<original>

How to use

1. Install dependencies:

pip install pandas openpyxl

2. Run:

python excel_cleaner.py

3. Enter the file name (e.g. test.xlsx) and follow prompts.

Example

Input test.xlsx with duplicates and empty rows.
Output: cleaned_test.xlsx.
