There's some instructions on adding content ACCESS-NRI/GFDL-generic-tracers#57 (comment). And more general ones here.
@kieranricardo @MartinDix @blimlim @ACCESS-NRI/ocean here is the new home for the cm3 config' docs. See links above for how to contribute and here for a rendered version. For now I would suggest just adding commits to this PR.
@atteggiani is likely working on a url solution; which may need to wait until RTD is being used?
