Would a company wiki work as a source for a graphrag?

We have a company wiki with articles about anything related to the business. The articles can be technical or about business processes.
Can a graphrag be used for this instead of a regular rag to get more precise and correct answers to any type of prompts?
What would the model look like in this case since the source data is not bounded?
What about using Neo4j as a graph database? I think I can install it on my local Windows machine.
I would like to create a POC for this in .NET. All installed on my Windows machine. I don't want to use Azure yet.
