Brings pyOCD support up to date with version 0.14.0 and later. Also sets the readme MIME content type to Markdown in
setup.py.For flash programming of files, the new
FileProgrammerclass is used instead of extracting the data from the file directly in the plugin. Note that read-back verify is not yet supported byFileProgrammer, but this will be added in an upcoming release.
