It was a bit strange: An original NUCLEO_F767 had the id 0799. After flashing the newest ST Link firmware it changed to 0818.

Yes, there was a bug with firmware V2J25M13 and V2J25M14, Id was set to 0799 ("unknown ST board") instead of 0818.
Since V2J26M15, bug is corrected.
