The client supports Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Opus, and the experimental Mythos architecture, but extends beyond simple chat by introducing thread weaving—the ability to merge, compare, and branch conversations across models as if they were threads of thought.

Synaptic-Weave Desktop is distributed as a signed installer for each platform. No package manager dependencies are required beyond what the operating system provides. The installer bundles all runtime components.
