.github File Upgrade #21
Description
Background
Based on documented best practices, it is important to upgrade the .github files in all our projects. This will give us united QA standard, so colleagues can work in the same high-leveled environment across the repositories.
Feature
.github file has to contain following parts:
- CODEOWNERS file
- ISSUE_TEMPLATES
- pull_request_template
- updated and united release notes workflows (release notes check, release notes gen)
