BUG: [plugin API] the subtitle in header doesn't update correctly

Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

I'm using Acode LSP extension, which reminds me an error occurred, then I chick the side button and get to that file, but the subtitle in header still display the PID of the former terminal page.

After my testing, this issue occurs not only when I jump from the terminal page to the file, but also from file to file.

Confirmed as a bug in the Plugin API, will be fixed. ASAP.
