I created a new screen to report issues and request features from the app.
From this screen it will take you either to github (first option) or to email (second option).
In the second option, the user will be taken to their email provider with a subject and body templates, and both your email and mine in 'send to'.
Let me know if the emails that I added (displayed in the screenshots) are correct or you would prefer other settings. If it's fine, then accept this pull request. Otherwise I'll change it.
