some re-arrangement & additions for python packaging

[MMathisLab]

• moved main.py out - it's a run script
• added a pyproject.toml
• aros is already taken on pypi, so the package name is aros-node and can be imported as aros_node
• tested locally: "Successfully installed aros-node-0.0.1"
• I tested (minimally) imports locally
• WIP test suite! one test added so I could make github actions :D
• adding codespell
• adding packaging
• adding test builds
