Unattended/not-interactive installation

Hello! Is it there a way to install without the need to run the first configuration via web?
I would love to have the opportunity to setup specific parameters directly during the installation phase, without the need to run in the web GUI to configure it as first step (user creation, etc)...
For example, if I have to reinstall it or move it to another machine personally I don't like to "copy/paste" the entire configuration file/folder cause across different versions could there be some differences. Furthermore, if I have to play directly with the config, maybe "sed" or other tools may create issue in the configuration files.
