Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install an older version (e.g. 2.14.3)
2. Add a custom DNS (e.g. 1.1.1.1)
3. Update to version 2.15

Expected Behavior

The selected custom DNS remains selected after the update

Actual Behavior

The selected custom DNS be reset to the default DNS
