Launch at the system start up doesn't change the start up settings

Steps to reproduce

Test 1

1. Install previous beta version of AdGuard VPN (1.0.227.0)
2. Turn off Launch at start up function
3. Install new version over previous one
4. Make sure the Launch at start up is on
5. Turn it on
6. Reboot or check system start up setting
   Result is AG VPN won't launch at the system start up

Test 2

1. Install the new version of AG VPN
2. Make sure Launch at start up is on
3. Turn it on
   Result is AG VPN will launch at the system start up

Expected Behavior

System settings are changed according to app's ones

Actual Behavior

The initial condition of this function saves and doesn't change anymore
