Applications exclusion list doesn't load

Environment

- OS: Windows 10
- Other network-level software: AV Kaspersky

Which DNS server do you use?

Default

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open AdGuard VPN
2. Go to "Исключения" (exclude exception ?)
3. Go to "Приложения" (apps ?)
4. Use "Добавить" (add ?)
5. Get nothing in the list (check screenshot 1)

Expected Behavior

No response

Actual Behavior

I can't select apps to exclude them from the VPN because the list isn't loading

Additional Information

I tried disabling the antivirus and also, tried running the VPN as an administrator. It didn't work

Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce this issue on our end. The list of applications loads as expected.
In order for us to diagnose and troubleshoot this issue, we need to get your application logs.

Here's what we need you to do:

1. Go to Settings → App settings → Advanced settings → Logging level → Record everything.
2. Reproduce the problem, then remember the exact time it happened.
3. Open Settings → App settings → Advanced settings → Export logs and system info.
4. Send the archive to qa@adguard.com:
   — include [windows] keyword and ISSUE_NUMBER in the subject of your email
   — specify the exact time when the issue occurred

Can I use a workaround using an exception file? But the extension is expected to be "exe". Can I generate it myself, excluding export from the AdGuard VPN?
