Add support for lightning Ethernet adapter interfaces to "Restart when Network Changes"

I noticed that whenever I connect an iOS device to my lightning to Ethernet adapter, I have to manually disable then re-enable Adguard in order to get the network working again.

Please add support for detection of Ethernet interfaces for adapters such as the Amatage Lightning to RJ45 Ethernet LAN Network Adapter
