System iPad Air 5
OS: iOS 15.5
AdGuard 4.4.0
First of Allowlist says something different in the menu compared to the actual page which is confusing in itself and isn‘t helped by the fact that you can change the behavior of that list in the settings and on that side seperatly.
The thing is this settings do absolutely nothing in regards to blocking. I tested it on several blocking test sites and changing these settings (so that the side would be either whitelisted or blocked) made the browser never fall back to the default network based blocking. AdGuard was never turned off for that site despite it saying so.
The weirdest thing is the Safari protection which should be enabled for alle sites if you disable inverted allowlist (all websites should be blocked and websites on the list should be whitelisted). This is not the case.
The confusing thing about this is, if you turn it on for the site the site will appear on the allowlist and by the logic of the site would then be whitelisted.
Please fix this, so that you don‘t have to enable safari protection for every single site.
And pls fix the allowlist to do something and be less confusing from a behavior and wording standpoint.
